When You purchase NFC cards or accessories from Cardorlink and create a digital vCard, the contact information You enter into Your vCard profile will be accessible to anyone who scans Your NFC card or receives Your vCard link. You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of the information You choose to include in Your vCard profile.
Cardorlink does not sell or rent Your vCard profile information to third parties. Your vCard data is used solely to provide the digital card service and is stored securely on our servers.
You may update or delete the information on Your vCard profile at any time by logging into Your account on our Website.
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. Cardorlink does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us at info@cardorlink.com.
If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.
